Crashing iOS10 software

Hi,

Since updating to iOS10 on iPhone 6 Plus 64gb, my phone is crashing a lot. Apps hang when opening (not just Facebook, instagram twitter etc, it happens with safari, email, App Store). When I double click to close apps, this hangs too. Then the screen goes blank, then it runs again and almost looks like it is catching up with all my actions at high speed. It probably happens around 25% of the time, and when it doesn't, im just waiting for it to happen. Doing a hard reset settles it for an hour or so, but then it just continues.

Any ideas on why this is happening and what I can do to solve the issue?

Always seems to happen just as a new iPhone is released.....
